Kurzbiographie
Andrea Scotti was a scholar at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1984 to 1986 (catalogue the scientific manuscripts of Israel). Thereafter from 1986 to 1992/3 he has done research in Poland, the former Czechoslovakia, in Hungary (professor at the ELTE -Budapest- in Documentary History from 1989-1991) and in other eastern countries. He was a scholar at the Institut für Naturwissenschaftsgeschichte in Munich from 1993 to 1996/7. Since then he is Scientific and Technological Consultant at the Institute & Museum for the History of Science in Florence and visiting professor at the University of Bologna in Computing and the Humanities.
